The 30-minute full body movement assessment identifies limitations or imbalances in your posture, range of motion, strength, and movement patterns. This screen allows us to generate a precise treatment plan to maximize your recovery and overall movement function.

Do you offer telehealth or at-home visits?

Yes, we offer mobile physical therapy and telehealth services for those who enjoy the convenience of being treated at home or from a distance. The same high-quality care is delivered by our therapists whether you visit the facility or are treated remotely.

When are you open?

Our physical therapy clinic is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday. We are closed for most major holidays. In an effort to accommodate those people with a busy schedule, we also are open Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

How do I book appointments?

You can conveniently schedule online through our website, by calling our office during business hours, or by sending us an email. We accept most major insurance plans, auto insurance, attorney liens, and private pay.
We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us to give that time slot to another client and to maximize our therapists’ time. Any late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Healix Therapy accepts cash, check, credit cards, Venmo, and other bank transfers. We are an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. We will generate a superbill or a receipt for the services provided to you at which point you can submit it to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We understand that healthcare costs can be a concern. For those interested, we offer flexible payment plans and financing options through 3rd party lenders to make the services we offer more easily accessible and affordable for all.

What can I expect on my first visit?

At Healix Therapy, on your first visit our therapists will:

  • Take a detailed medical history and review your current concerns and goals
  • Perform a thorough evaluation to determine your current condition
  • Develop a personalized treatment plan to address your specific needs – all in a welcoming environment focused on your comfort

The length of the physical therapy session can vary based on the treatment provided. Most of our sessions are 45-60 minutes to allow plenty of time for hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and education.
For your safety and comfort please wear appropriate clothing that allows for easy movement and access to the region of the body being treated. Generally, we recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing like t-shirts, shorts, or athletic wear.

Are your treatment rooms private?

At Healix Therapy, we strive to make each client feel comfortable and to maximize your privacy. All of our treatment rooms are private and designed to create a calm and relaxing environment.
