Meet Our Instructor

Robert Linson leads our yoga classes. He is a 500-hour certified Yoga Teacher with years of experience in both yoga and physical therapy. Robert customizes each class to meet the specific needs of every participant, ensuring a safe and effective practice.

Yoga for All Levels

  • Beginner Classes: Focus on foundational poses and proper alignment. Ideal for those new to yoga or returning after a break.
